What CMS is telling your Congressman…
Recently, 136 Members of the House of Representatives send a request to CMS (The Centers for Medicare Services) requesting more transperancy in how they selected bid winners from the first round of Competitive Bidding. Medicare’s answer to Congress: WE AREN’T TELLING. CMS refused to release any bid winners or the formulas that they used to calculate the winning bids, even in the face of Congressional interest. This is further proff that CMS DOES NOT CARE about anything, other than forcing this flawed program down the throats of the American people.

Contact YOUR Congressman and let them know that YOU will not stand for this.

What you can do to stop Competitive Bidding

The first step is to contact your congressional represenatives and let them know you are concerned.
The second step is to contact your local medical equipment providers and find out what they are doing to stop Competitive Bidding.
The Third step is to spread the word among others… Congress will not do anything to stop the program if they do not hear YOUR concerns.
